1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MeetingEdge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
MeetingEdge is an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform. You provide details about upcoming meetings — company names, attendees, deal context — and MeetingEdge generates preparation briefs that include company research, stakeholder analysis, qualification frameworks, and suggested talking points. The service also provides post-meeting debrief tools and a Deal Room for tracking company intelligence over time.
3. Account Registration
To use MeetingEdge, you must create an account using a valid email address or a supported social login (Google or LinkedIn). You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use MeetingEdge only for its intended purpose — preparing for business meetings. You may not:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the service.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms.
- Use the service to generate content that is illegal, abusive, or intended to harass or harm others.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to MeetingEdge or its generated content.
- Intentionally overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service's infrastructure.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership is straightforward:
- Your input data — company names, attendee details, deal context, meeting notes, and any other information you provide remains yours.
- Generated briefs — the intelligence briefs, stakeholder analyses, and other AI-generated content are licensed to you for your business use. You may use, share, and reference them freely within your organization.
- The platform — MeetingEdge's software, design, branding, prompts, and underlying technology are owned by MeetingEdge and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
MeetingEdge briefs are generated by artificial intelligence. While we work hard to make them accurate and useful, you should be aware of the following:
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. Always verify critical details independently.
- Briefs are not a substitute for your own professional judgment, due diligence, or legal advice.
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetingEdge and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost profits, lost deals, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to MeetingEdge in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it. By using MeetingEdge, you agree to the data practices described in that policy.
9. Termination
Either party can end this relationship:
- You — can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data (briefs, company profiles, usage history) will be removed as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Us — we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except in cases requiring immediate response.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Your continued use of MeetingEdge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
